Patna,(BiharTimes): Former deputy chief minister-cum-finance minister Sushil Kumar Modi said the budget has no vision for the Seven Resolves of the chief minister Nitish Kumar. It has no vision for development or employment either.
He said the state budget is fully dependent on the Centre for revenue and grants.
