Patna,(BiharTimes): Deputy chief minister Tejashwi Prasad Yadav urged the Election Commission to come up with a rule to restrict all politicians and political parties from holding rallies and roadshows near areas were polling is on or is scheduled soon.
Referring to prime minister Narendra Modi roadshows in Varanasi on the eve of the last phase of election in UP Tejashwi urged the EC to take cognisance of these latest developments, which can impact voting in the Uttar Pradesh.
He said that electorate were casting votes in vicinity of Varanasi district when the Prime Minister was launching the road show on Saturday.
