Patna,(BiharTimes): Giving a relief to Janata Dal (United)’s Nalanda MP Kaushlendra, Justice K K Mandal of Patna high court on Thursday rejected the petition of the LJP candidate Satyanand Sharma challenging the former’s election in 2014.
Sharma, the LJP candidate who lost the election, had in the petition, accused Kaushlendra of booth grabbing and rigging in counting.
