Patna,(BiharTimes): The Vigilance Investigation Bureau on Monday lodged an FIR against two IAS officers S M Raju and Parmar Ravi Manu Bhai for fraudulent disbursal of funds through different government schemes under Bihar Mahadalit Vikas Mission between 2010 and 2016. In all 10 people have been named in the FIR after preliminary investigation.
This is the second scam after multi-crore scholarship scam in which Raju was made accused by the VIB last year.
