Power, road, drinking water and above all law and order. Rest will follow automatically. And when the entire India is bubbling with economic activities, Bihar does not know what to do. Missing the bus this time would push it further down the order on development.

Since the independence none of the party in Bihar cared for the development of Bihar although many veteran politicians were at centre. It is because they had never been interested in it. First and prime factor that play major role in the development of the state are to educate its population. No steps have been made to educate them since the independence. So, the following is the needs of Bihar in order:-
1. Corruption free government
2. Govt. Incentive to private sectors to open education centers (technical) for in-house education
3. Govt. incentive to private sector to invest in industry and agriculture
4. Building of Bihar Infrastructure system
5. Free education up to Graduation to financially weaker section.
6. Proportionate Job reservation for the socially backward section
7. Public awareness on social and religious harmony
8. Public awareness on rights to others, humanity, public services, etc.
