Patna, (Bihar Times): Sunil Singh, one of the accused in the Brij Bihari murder case made an attempt to commit suicide in Beur Jail on Thursday morning. Brij Bihari, a former minister was shot dead in Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical College in June 1998.

According to reports Singh took some poisonous drug and had to be shifted to the Patna medical college hospital in a precarious condition. Sources said that he was feeling frustrated after the rejection of his bail by the Supreme Court sometimes back.
