Patna, (Bihar Times): A division bench of Mr Justice Ghanshyam Prasad and Mr Justice Shyam Kishore Sharma on Friday rejected the bail plea of former MP, Anand Mohan, former minister, Akhlaque Ahmad and Arun Kumar Sinha in the G Krishnaiya murder case of December 1994. It needs to be mentioned that the three got capital punishment in this case on October 3 last. Four other persons, who got life term in the same case, had already been granted bail. This includes Anand’s wife, Lovely Anand, and Janata Dal United MLA, Munna Shukla.

However, the high court allowed the plea of the three against putting them in the solitary confinement in the Bhagalpur Central Jail as per the ruling of the Supreme Court in the Sunil Batra case.
