Patna, (Bihar Times): The draft
Aryabhat Technical University Bill to be brought up in the next Assembly session
for approval has been okayed by the chief minister, Ntisih Kumar on Tuesday. The
proposed university will be set up in Patna and the governor of Bihar will
be its Chancellor. The vice chancellor and registrar will be appointed from
a panel of experts. The
proposed University would give affiliation to the technical and management
institutions in the state. It will conduct examination and finalize syllabus.
