|            |     Patna, (Bihar Times): Former   President, Dr A P J Abdul
    Kalam, is likely to address the inaugural   Aryabhatt
    Popular Science Lecture during his two-day visit to
    the state on   February 8 and 9. The science and
    technology department of the state   government had
    already sent an invitation to him in this regard.
 Last   week chief minister Nitish Kumar called on Kalam
    in Delhi and invited him to   the proposed Nalanda
    International University, which is his brainchild.   He
    is supposed to hold high-level meeting in Patna in
    this   regard.
 
 Apart from Kalam several other reputed scientists such
    as Dr S   E Husnain, former Director of the Centre For
    DNA Finger Printing, Sunita   Narayan,
    Environmentalists, Dr Lalji Singh, Director of the
    Centre for   Cellular and Molecular Biology and Prof
    Anil Gupta of the IIM, Ahmadabad,   will deliver
    lecture.
