Patna, (Bihar Times): President Pratibha Patil on
Monday appointed Mr Justice Rajesh Balia, Judge of
the Rajasthan High Court, as the Chief Justice of the
Patna High Court with effect from the date he assumes
charge of his office.
Similarly Mr Justice Narayan Roy, Judge of the Patna
High Court, was appointed as the Chief Justice of the
Rajasthan High Court with effect from the date he
assumes charge of his office.
