Patna, (Bihar Times): May sound strange nevertheless
true. Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar on Monday
justified the citizens’ agitation demanding more
electricity for them. However, instead of accepting
the blame on his own he said that the people were
demanding power from the National Thermal Power
Corporation and he is with the people’s demand. He
said that the Centre is denying them power which is
    totally unjustified.

However, the chief minister put all the blame on the
local administration for not informing the government
about the genuine demands of protestors and instead
tried to crush it. He even flayed the opposition
parties for making it a political issue.

However, the chief minister did not explain as to how
the local administrative officials were getting power.
Is there some faults in distribution of power for
which the local administration and not the NTPC is
    responsible?
