Patna, (Bihar Times): Mr  Justice Rajesh Balia   on
      Saturday took oath as the Chief Justice of Patna high
      court. He was   sworn in by the Governor, R S Gavai as
      the 32nd Chief Justice of the Patna   high court.
    
        
        Those present on the occasion included the chief
      minister,   Nitish Kumar, speaker of the state assembly,
      Uday Narayan Chaudhary, judges   of the Patna high court
      and other dignitaries.
      
    
      Balia was earlier a   judge in the Rajasthan High Court.
      He is however due to retire on March 3   next,
      therefore, will be the chief justice for only two
      months.
