Patna, (Bihar Times): Sporadic violence and clashes between the Madhesis and police in theTerai region took one life in Nepalganj district of Nepal late on Sunday evening.

Under the banner of Samyukta Madhesi Morcha and Sanghiya Jantantrik Morcha the Madhesis have given an indefinite strike call in the Terai region. Tuesday is the seventh day of the strike call given to press their demand for an autonomous Madhesi state. The agitators declared the 45 people who lost their lvies in the agitation as martyrs.
