      | Patna, (Bihar Times): Maharashtra Navnirman Sena chief
Raj Thackeray on Saturday used a factually wrong media
report to lambaste the Bihar MLAs and said that it was
because of this reason that he was opposed to the
outsiders. The MLAs from Bihar strongly protested the
absence of reference to attack on Biharis in the
speech delivered by the governor in the joint session
of the Assembly on the first day on Friday.
 | | Though the MLAs anger was directed at the state
government as the governor’s speech is approved by the
state cabinet a section of media irresponsibly
presented it in such a way as if the opposition
members were deliberately attacking R S Gavai, who
incidentally comes from Maharashtra. The BJP leaders
in the Bihar assembly too gave a new twist to the
whole episode by stating that a Dalit fovernor from
Maharashtra was insulted. Raising protest over the
governor’s speech is a common phenomenon everywhere in
    the country.
According to reports coming from Mumbai Raj Thackeray
said that this was the reason for him to launch an
agitation. The answer to this question lies in the
manner in which the MLAs of Bihar behaved in front of
the Maharashtrian Governor of Bihar R S Gavai, Raj
    said.

He gave this statement even though he is prohibited
under magisterial orders to hold public rallies,
demonstrations and give provocative statements in
    media.
