Mumbai, July 11 : Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray issued a 30-day "ultimatum" Friday to all Marathi-speaking government officials to check influx of north Indians in the state or "prepare themselves to face the consequences”.
Thackeray served his "ultimatum" against the north Indians, especially from Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, living or working in the state, at a party office-bearers meeting in Dadar.
"His (Thackeray's) 30-day deadline comes in a letter addressed to all civil servants from the state chief secretary to the lowest officials serving in local civic bodies," MNS vice-president Vageesh Saraswat told IANS shortly after the meeting.
Contending that his mission was not yet “completed”, Thackeray said failure to do so would result in a solution in “MNS style”, Saraswat said.
“They (north Indians) manage to get ration cards, all types of licences, domicile certificates and other government documents. How is that possible? Has anybody thought about this,” he said, hinting at involvement of government servants.
The MNS chief added that the north Indians sleep on pavements, construct illegal shanties everywhere and carry on their businesses anywhere in the city.
Thackeray served a tongue-in-cheek warning to all government servants to do the needful within a month's time, failing which MNS would be forced "take things into its own hands".

I wonder one day, we have to bring Raj and his uncle to sit in properly read the entire constitution. These duo are creating extremely dangerous situation for the unity and integrity of India and union structure is in a great danger, if they are not stopped. The central government as well as Election Commission must ban MNS and Shiv Sena for taking part in any kind election. If Raj and his uncle is so serious about people of Maharastra, they should first move forward and work for the betterment of Maharastra Farmers who have made suicide in a bulk in Vidarbha region due to Mahajan's and Bank's loans. Till now, not a single work, I heard from them. They are really shameless people in the Planet.
