Patna, (Bihar Times): A young housewife was reportedly dragged out of a Kolkata-bound train in Kiul railway station of Bihar and allegedly raped by some miscreants on way to her in-laws’ place in Kolkata.
Reports from Kolkata said that she had lodged a complaint that three youths living close to her parental house followed her into the train and dragged her out at Kiul station. She was taken to a house and raped. She felt unconscious.

According to Deputy Commissioner (Central) of city police Ajay Ranade on regaining consciousness, the woman took the Danapur Express and returned to Kolkata.

Ranade said that she informed her husband, an employee in a shoe company, of her plight on Saturday. He admitted her to the Calcutta Medical College and Hospital, where the doctors asked her to file a complaint.

He said that an FIR has been lodged at the Bowbazar police station. "We will send an investigating team to Bihar and file a case in the court there. Then we will hand over the case to the Bihar police." he said.
