Patna, July 28:The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) plans to   take on the Congress-led United Progressive Alliance (UPA) in the next general   elections by focusing on the rising inflation, alleged failure on the internal   security front and "incompetent governance". “The BJP will make three I's - inflation, internal security and   incompetence - the main issue in the next parliamentary elections to defeat the   UPA,” BJP vice president Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said here Sunday. 
 
    
    
    
    
 
 “The BJP   will raise issues affecting the common man,” he said.
 
 Naqvi was here for   the BJP's nationwide week-long campaign, staring Monday, to expose the UPA   government's "misdeeds".
