    Patna, May 10 : An eight-year-old school student broke his   elbow after teachers allegedly thrashed him for refusing to eat worm-infested   mid-day meal in a village in Bihar.  Hashmullah Ansari, a Class 3 student of an Urdu primary school   at Shripur Bhatwalia village in East Champaran district, about 200 km from here,   was allegedly assaulted Wednesday after he declined 'khichdi'.
 "My son   was punished for refusing to eat worm-infested food. His elbow was fractured,"   said the student's father Razi Alam Ansari in a complaint lodged with the   district magistrate.
 
 Razi said an inquiry conducted by a member of the   village council found that his son's elbow was fractured due to beating by   teachers.
 
 He demanded action against three teachers, Afroz Alam, Akhlaqur   Rahman and Anil Kumar.
