Patna, (Bihar Times): Mr Justice Rajendra Mal Lodha was
on Tuesday sworn in as the Chief Justice of the Patna
high court. Governor R S Gavai administered the oath
of office and secrecy.
Justice Lodha was earlier in the Rajasthan high court.
Chief minister, Nitish Kumar, deputy chief minister,
Sushil Kumar Modi and the acting chairman of the Bihar
Legislative Council, Arun Kumar, were prominent among
those present on the occasion.
Justice Lodha is the son of former Justice Srikrishna
Mal Lodha and served as lawyer in the Rajasthan high
court before becoming a judge.
