Patna, (Bihar Times): The state cabinet on Tuesday
decided to transfer all the employees working at one
place for more than three years. The decision is
likely to affect more than five lakh state government
employees.
According to the chief secretary, R J M Pillai, the
state cabinet has also approved the removal of the
ceiling of 10 per cent on transfer of employees. It
needs to be noted that due to the provision of ceiling
a large number of government employees were able to
avoid transfer.
I am very sure that this step of Shri Nitish Kumar will further bring transparency in various government department, in order to further control the corruption.
I applaud his effort in right direction to enable state government departments back on track and minimise corruption at all levels.
