         | The national spokesman of the RJD, Shyam Rajak, while
moving the notice said that it was a matter of shame.
However, the speaker Uday Narayan Chaudhary, rejected
the notice. Upon this Rajak and his party colleague,
Shakeel Ahmed Khan, indulged in a heated argument with
the treasury benches. It is upon this that the deputy
chief minister intervened to state that the government
was not at fault as the hackers had linked the website
    with YouTube.com.
The issue was raised in the legislative council by the
leader of RJD in the House, Ghulam Ghouse. However,
PRD minister, Arjun Rai, said the government was
taking preventive measures to check the hackers.
