Patna, (Bihar Times): Politician Shivanand Tiwary, retired bureaucrat, N K Singh, and surgeon Ejaz Ali, are the three Janata Dal (United) candidates for the Rajya Sabha from Bihar.

While Tiwary, the ruling Janata Dal (United) spokesman and Singh, the deputy chairman of the State Planning Board are the candidates for full-term, Ejaz Ali has been nominated for the by-poll. This by-poll was necessitated after the death of RJD’s Moti-ur-Rahman, a couple of months back.
