Nitish calls on Chidambaram a day ahead of NDC meeting
Patna,(BiharTimes): A day ahead of the National Development Council meeting Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Wednesday met Union Finance Minister P Chidambaram in New Delhi.
Nitish is expected to raise the demand of special category status for Bihar in the NDC meeting.
Reports from New Delhi said during the meeting with the Finance Minister, Nitish handed over to him a copy of the memorandum submitted to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh sometimes back.
