Patna,(BiharTimes): The Special CBI court (Ranchi) of Sitaram Prasad on Saturday dismissed a petition that sought to make Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Janata Dal (United) national spokesman, Shivanand Tiwari, accused in the multi-crore fodder scam case.

The court quashed the petition of a social worker, Mithilesh Singh, as “it had no merit”. The latter had filed the petition, seeking to make both accused in the fodder scam case on the ground that one of the witnesses had purportedly recorded his statement against them.
