Patna,(BiharTimes): In another major overhaul the Nitish government on Tuesday shifted 211 officials. This includes 80 SDOs, 28 DDCs and 71 deputy collectors in all 211 shifted. 

The move followed the transfer and promotion of over 100 IPS officers just on the eve of Holi. One of the IPS officers was transferred thrice in a week.

Earlier the same month several IAS officers too were transferred.

Political observers are interpreting it as a pre-election changes.
