Laloojee at his vintage best

Anil Kumar

So Laloojee gives a tame censure bordering on mumbling when it comes to taking his UPA boss and NCP boss to task over treatment meted to Biharis in Mumbai. It's worth repeating that if Laloo Prasad Yadav wanted Sonia Maino and his coterie would not have been allowed to play politics at the dead body of Biharis in Mumbai. Raj Thackeray is a mere pawn, same kind of pawn which Baal Thackeray used to be in early 60's against rampant communist-rise in Maharashtra. This whole saga reeks of usual congress cynicism. Even Bhindarawale was propped by congress to check Akalis.

Laloojee can't bring himself to express these concerns emphatically because that would be tantamount to him putting his cabinet position on line. But same Laloo Prasad Yadav while in Patna turns the debate to a mindless cacophony. Just watch him talk about BJP you might get an impression as if BJP is in power in Delhi and Mumbai. Would he please inform us Biharis what purpose would resignation of Nitish Kumar serve, of course other than providing Laloojee and his n number of relatives yet another chance to loot and plunder Bihar? We Biharis have had enough of Sadhu and Subhash Yadav types please spare us Laloojee. Let Mr. Nitish Kumar run his government in peace. He is doing a fabulous job.

Moreover Laloojee what happened to your promise that if Bihar's janta rejected you then you would never return to seek another mandate. Come one be man of your words and please keep your dirty politicking outside Bihar.

Tail-Piece: BTW Laloo Prasad Yadav has outperformed his boorish political talk this time by calling L K Advani terrorist. Yes same Laloojee who pays likes of Shahabuddin usual visit in his jail cell. Lest people might have forgotten respectable MP Shahabuddin is in jail in cases ranging from murder to possession of illegal weapons of Pakistani make. Sometimes I wonder whether there is any decorum in Indian polity. This kind of gutteresque talk must be checked somehow.
